Privacy Policy
This website belongs to Golden State Auto Salon LLC, 402 Birch Ave, San Mateo, CA 94402. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
What We Collect
When you send a quote request we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, your vehicle, the services you are interested in, your message and any photo you attach. The form is delivered to our shop inbox by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores a copy of each submission so we can retrieve it.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit). We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
How We Use It
We use your contact details to reply to your request, send your quote, and schedule and follow up on your appointment. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. We only share it with the service providers that run our website, email and scheduling tools, and only so they can do that job.
Texting
If you text us or ask for a reply by text, we will text you about your quote and appointment. Reply STOP at any time to end the messages. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Third Party Links And Embeds
The site links to Instagram, YouTube, Yelp and Google and embeds a Google map. Those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email sales@goldenstateautosalon.com or call (650) 539-8626 and we will take care of it.
